Nepal, Solo-Khumbu, Dzonglha. Ama Dablam (north face) bathed in evening light, seen from Dzonglha. Ama Dablam is one of the most, distinctive mountains lining the Khumba valley. At 6856m or 22,494ft, it is by no means the highest mountian in the area, but it is one of the most striking in appearance. First climbed in 1961 by Gill, Bischop, Ward and Romances.
