Curly-hair tarantula (Brachypelma albopilosum). Also known as the Honduran curlyhair, this is a terrestrial burrowing spider. Its name cames from the curled hairs covering its body and legs. It feeds on insects and other small prey, and is found in Central America, from Honduras to Costa Rica. Photographed in Costa Rica.
