Chondrite meteorite. This is a type of stony meteorite that has not been altered by processes such as melting, and represents the original material that formed the asteroids. This meteorite is further classified as a CN3 chondrite, and was fell near Allende, Mexico, at 1.05am on 8th February 1969. It measures 1.5 centimetres long and weighs 14 grams.
