Herbal teas. Tray containing an assortment of herbal teas and a teapot. Herbal tea is an infusion of herbs in boiling water, drunk for its beneficial effects. Camomile (Chamomilla nobilis, lower right) is brewed to make a sedative drink; while Citrus aurantium (centre left & spoon at upper right), a derivative of the seville orange, is a natural digestive stimulant.
