He is attaching Starboard 1 (S1) camera to the S1 Truss. He is attached to the Space Shuttle Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS) arm, also known as the Canadarm2 (lower left). Wolf performed this space walk on 10th October 2002, during shuttle mission STS-112.
