Limestone rock formations in Lehman Caves. These formations, including stalactites and stalagmites, are created as rainwater passing down through the ground dissolves and redeposits the limestone rock. At top is a broken stalactite, removed by one of the early owners of the caves. Photographed in Great Basin National Park, Nevada, USA.
