Kaprosuchus prehistoric crocodiles. These distant relatives of the crocodile weighed around 1 ton each and measured around 20 feet long. They are known for their boar-like tusks that project above and below the skull (lending it the nickname BoarCroc). With legs longer than modern crocodiles', Kaprosuchus may have roamed Africa's plains in search of prey, which likely included dinosaurs.
