Picture by Roger Bamber: 24 October 2005: Artist in residence Yumi Nozaki inspects a "Green Fabric" made from Maize fibre, one of a forest of 32 hanging textiles by Japanese artist Reiko Sudo on display in the inaugral exhibition at the University for the Creative Arts, Farnham, Surrey. The fabrics are woven from Feathers, Newspaper, Stainless Steel, Copper,Banana Fibre and other materials combined with traditional cloths. the exhibition is titled 21/21 to ccelebrate 21 years of textile making by Sudos company 'Nuno'.
