Unique blast made on 21 October in the level land Medeo near Alma Ata to throw down mountain rock mass to form anti flood dam at an altitude of 100m. This dam will be able to hold back 6.2 million cube of mud and rock mass brought down by mountain mud and rock torrents which take place here frequently from reaching Alma Ata.
