New destroyer launches undergo final trials on Southampton trials . A flotilla of five 25 feet destroyer launches capable of 26 knots , specially built fo use with destroyers by the British Power Boat Company , underwent their final trials on Southampton Water . The boats , built to the design of Mr Scott Pains , carry fifteen men under cover and thirty three below deck and are capable of riding the roughest seas .
