While ten thousand armed mobile guards were mustering in Paris to protect France ' s Parliament when it reassembles tomorrow ( Thursday ) against a possible Fascist coup , Premier Laval held an important meeting of the Cabinet at the Elysee Palace . The meeting was called to determine the programme to be adopted in view of the reopening of the Chamber and the demand of the Left wingers for the dissolution of the Fascist Leagues .
