50 tiny children under five years of age at the Romani nursery school provided first-hand specimens for the students of the Gypsy Hill Training College for Teachers of Young Children, Gypsy Hill, to which it is attached. The college was the first in Britain to undertake the training of teachers for nursery schools. Children at the nursery school can bathe a baby, use correct table manners and cook. They are to give a display before the Duchess of Kent in the city on November 10 to help raise money for the college. Photo shows: students of the college's studying children at play.
