Workless man dives from Tower Bridge to rescue two children in river Thames . John Armsby , an unemployed driver , pluckily dived from Tower Briegh and rescued two children who had fallen into the River Thames , and were being carried away by the tide . Armsby bought both children safely to the bank . He was then taken to the Tower where his clothes were dried , and the children taken to Hospital .
