Tottenham ' s smallest baby Joan Stnden the daughter of Mr and Mrs H J Standen of West Green Road , Tottenham , has almost grown up She was born 1st December and then weighted only 2 lb 13 oz . For some time she had to be kept in an incubator and was fed with a foutain pen filler .
