Princess Margaret, who had travelled through the night from Balmoral, is seen arriving at the Chapel Royal, St James's Palace, London, today (Monday) for the wedding of Major RaymondDeymour to Mrs Mary Finnis, 27 year old widowed youngest daughter of General Lord Ismay and Lady Ismay. Major Seymour, who has been a dancing partner of the Princess and has escorted her to the theatre, is the son of the late Lieutenant-Colonel Sir Reginald Seymour, who was equerry to King George V for 20 years. His step-mother, Lady Seymour, is lady in waiting to the Queen Mother. The Queen gave permission for the wedding to take place at the Chapel Royal, which is normally closed while the Royal family is in Scotland. - 9th September 1957
