Royal Reunion in Portugal On Saturday, 16th February, H.M. The Queen flew from London to Montijo Airport (Lisbon) ready to begin her four-day State visit to Portugal on Monday 18th February. Her Majesty was met at the airport by H.R.H. The Duke of Edinburgh who had arrived in Portugal earlier aboard the Royal Yacht "Britannia". This was a reunion for the Royal couple after a 4-month separation during which the Duke has been on a round-the-world Commonwealth tour. Photograph shows: Smiling happily H.M. The Queen and H.R.H.
