High Paddington Scheme - a paper will be read by Sergei Kadleigh A.R.I.B.A. at the Royal Society of Arts, John Adam Street, Adelphi, London, W.C. A model of the scheme is being displayed in the Society's Library. The High Paddington Scheme illustrates the principal of using land for more than one purpose in redevelopment by showing how it is possible to house 8,000 people with full amenities on the site of Paddington Goods Yard, London.
