Herman Kierdorf, former Teamster business agent, is shown at the Oakland County jail after he surrendered to authorities. Kierdorf was wanted for questioning in the fatal burning of his nephew, Frank Kierdorf and for the bungled arson of a dry cleaning pickup station where authorities theorise Frank Kierdorf received his fatal burns. Police say Kierdorf denied any connection with the arson job and also denied knowing how is nephew was burned. 18 August 1958
