At a special service at St Paul's Cathedral London this afternoon, Bishop T.K Shen, Bishop delegate of the Chinese church, received from the Archbishop of Canterbury gifts from the dioceses of the province of Canterbury offered in response to the appeal of the archbishops for the church in China. Gift berries in procession carried banners depicting the life of the church.
