Foreign Secretary leaves for Big Three Conference. Mr Ernest Bevin, Britain's Foreign Secretary, left Northolt Aerodrom this morning on his journey to the USSR, where he will take part in the talks between America, USSR and Great Britain which are shortly to begin in Moscow. He will be conferring with M Molotov (Russia) and Mr Bynes, US Secretary of State. The result of the talks is expected to have great effect on the relations of not only the big Three, but also the whole future of the United Nations whose first General Assembly is to be next month.
