The Prime Minister is putting the final touches to a reshuffle of the Cabinet and it is believed that the younger and more vigourous men will hold positions in the new Cabinet when Parliament reassembles on October 8th. One of the changes that is likely to take place is in regard to Mr Hector McNeil, 36-year-old foreign Undersecretary, who is expected to succeed Mr Noel Baker as Minister of State.
