Mermaiden Marguerita awaits Earls Court audition. The Health and Holidays Exhibition, which opens at Earls Court, London, on February 23, 1948, is planned to be one of the most fascinating of modern times. Hundreds of holiday resorts in Britain and abroad, will combine to show some aspect of their beauties, and of their amenities for sports and recreation. Highlighting the Exhibition will be a grand water spectacle featuring a cast of 150 including stars of stage, screen and aquatic sports. Auditions for the 'mermaids' who will take part in the water show our present being conducted at Buckingham Palace Road Baths.
