Philippe P閠ain (1856-1951) Marshal and French politician; hero in the World war; in the II after the unravelled one of 1940 he assumed the presidency of the council; concluded the armistice with the nazi Germany and accepted the occupation giving rise to the regime of Vichy. After the liberation he was tried for collaborationism and which condemned to death; pain which switched then in life imprisonment. Photographic portrait in first floor. France 1938
