Chlorine dioxide is a powerful oxidizing agent that is used in a range of water treatment processes. FloraDox is marketed to help provide clean water for intensive farming systems. It includes additional chemicals to help promote microflora in the gastrointestinal tract. This chemical production is taking place at a Scotmas production facility in Scotland.
