BAGOLINO Dancer of the Carnival of Bagolino. The dancers wear sontuosi indumenti rituals; composed from jacket and pants to the knee of dark color; decorated with complex embroiderys and passamaneria; spalline; decorative clasps; degrees; tracolla with national marking - all elements of clear military derivation - white casing; necktie; polsini in wool (man?; gloves in wire; white stockings fine worked; black shoes (polach?; wide scialle in high silk pined multicolor behind; wrap embroidered on the arm; closely wrapped scarf around the head. Their faces are hidden by masks lacking in expression that acquit an effective role of spersonalizzazione. Still constructed from some dancers; they are realized in burlap and chalk; internal covered of wax and painted of white; with black domino and lips (talora also the cheeks) red. The characterizing element more of the custom is but the hat; covered with meters of fettuccia curled of red wool on which they come solid sewn gold and jewels had on loan from the families of the community; alternated to little ones mirror fragments. To it a showy ribbon of tapes is fixed multicolors; whose ritmico movement during the dance comes intentionally emphasized from the dancer with the shaking of the head.
