Fin Whale (Balaenoptera physalus) washed up dead on Camber Sands, East Sussex, UK. This 15 meter whale was found beached on November 16, 2006. It has been struck several times by a large ship's propeller and the tail fluke has been severed. It is unknown if these injuries ocurred before or after the death of the whale.
