Stoplight Parrotfish, (Sparisoma viride); can grow to 60cm (2ft). They get their name from the orange-yellow spot at the base of the tail, seen in this photograph. They are very important producers of sand, which comes from limestone that they grind up and then expel. Photographed in Grand Cayman.
