Sri Marimman Temple, Penang Georgetown, Malaysia. The temple is the heart of Penang's Indian religious community since 1883. Dedicated to Sri Maha Mariamman, mother of all Hindu deities, many of them shown carved from stone on gopuram, built so lower castes could worship outside.
