Neuronal columns in zebrafish are structures found in optic tectum. Neurons are organized between synaptic neuropil (bottom left corner) and peripheral midbrain layer (upper right corner). Neurons arborize in areas immediately adjacent to the column. These structures facilitate neuronal processes.
