The first identified sunspot of solar cycle 24 is centered to the right and below the large prominence on the limb. Equipment data: Coronado SolarMax 90 Calcium K telescope at 880mm focal length. Lumenera SKYnyx 2-2 video camera. Combination of 22 individual frames combined into one.
