A 'Miracle Mirror' CinemaScope screen specially installed in the Odeon Cinema, Tottenham Court Road, London. for the first demonstrations of the new panoramic screen CinemaScope process. The cinema, has since been demolished. This photo dates from the time of the first demonstrations (1953). Note how the screen is tilted back to meet more squarely the projection beam coming from high up at the back of the cinema.
