White Ghosts - the Wahweap Hoodoos are amazingly beautiful white pedestral rocks of silt-stone, some of them topped by brown rocks. . Wahweap Creek, Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, Utah, USA. Their shape looks very bizarre as if not out of this world. The pedestrals are eroded by water creating an intricate pattern of vertical furrows and grooves.
