Mr P. R. G. Buchanan, whose caricatures, mainly of horse racing society, under the pseudonym 'The Tout' were published in The Tatler and The Bystander magazines during the 1920s and 30s. Pictured at work at his easel in 1923 when an exhibition of his drawings was held at the Walker Art Galleries in New Bond Street.
