An American cowboy hears that the USA has entered the war and gallops off on his horse to enlist, encountering unbelievable obstacles on the way including killer eagles, rabid wolves and white water rapids. On arriving in New York, he is welcomed by President Woodrow Wilson as he sprints to the end, accompanied by doctors who check his heart rate and sight.
