Africa General Service Medal 1902-56, clasp: Kenya.Awarded to Sgt D G Holliday, Royal Northumberland Fusiliers.Associated with Kenya (1952-1956).Holliday served as a National Serviceman in Kenya in 1956. After completing National Service he reenlisted in The Royal Northumberland Fusiliers and was wounded in action in Aden on 18 Dec 1966. Later he served with the 1st Bn, The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers in Northern Ireland and retired from the Army in 1974.
