The summit itself, is of very small extent, the centre occupied by a earn of rough stones built years ago by the ordinance survey people, a couple of wooden huts or Hotels occupy nearly all the remaining space, and as a railway is in course of construction from Llanberis, it is proposed to build a more substantial Hotel to enable visitors to make a more comfortable stay than the present wooden houses afford.
