France, Somme, Mers-les-Bains, every year in July, the Fete des baigneurs (Swimmer??festival), takes place every year in July, it evokes the Golden Age of the early 1900's, for 2 days, locals and tourists dress up, take baths in old fashioned swimsuits and parade the streets in vintage cars
