Comet Neowise (lower centre) pictured from the International Space Station (ISS) as it orbited above the Mediterranean Sea between Tunisia and Italy. Earth is at bottom. This comet, officially designated C/2020 F3, was discovered on 27th March 2020 by the NEOWISE space telescope. It is visible to the naked eye and will make its closest approach to Earth, at 103 million kilometres, on 23rd July 2020. Photographed on 5th July 2020.
