Gynaecomastia (swelling of male breasts) in a 76 year old male patient on finasteride for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Finasteride is a drug used to treat men with an enlarged prostate (benign prostate enlargement) and male balding. Gynaecomastia is a rare adverse side effect of the drug.
