Antimonene based photo electrode structure. Antimonene is a 2D semiconducting material and an allotrope of antimony. This material can be used in photo electrodes to convert solar energy into electricity. From top to bottom: transparent conducting film, antimonene layer (grey), electron transport layers (light blue), perovskite layer (brown), sublayer, hole-transport layer (blue) and a gold electrode layer.
