Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer (JUICE), electromagnetic tests. Miniaturised model of the JUICE spacecraft during electromagnetic tests at ESA's ESTEC Hertz facility. JUICE, scheduled for launch in 2022, will embark on a seven-year journey to Jupiter and its moons. The spacecraft includes instruments that will investigate Jupiter's turbulent atmosphere and vast magnetosphere, as well as study its moons. Here, the RIME (Radar for Icy Moons Exploration) device is being tested at ESA's metal-walled Hybrid European Radio Frequency and Antenna Test Zone (Hertz) at ESA's technical centre in the Netherlands.
