Zone 2: Below, tonsured cleric, wearing hooded garment, seated on chair, beside open book, inscribed LAIST CI A FOY TEINDRE, on lectern, extends right forefinger toward male artist, wearing cap, seated on cushioned bench, holding knife in left hand and stylus in right hand on parchment, depicted with underdrawings of medallions (four in left column, part of fifth visible in right column, three obscured by his right arm), on lectern.
