Coloured computed tomography (CT) angiogram in anterior frontal anatomical view (view located next to the polygon of Willis), of a 46-year-old male patient with a meningeal haemorrhage. Meningeal haemorrhage is bleeding caused by damage to the middle meningeal artery, one of the two terminal branches of the external carotid artery. There is a voluminous aneurysmal sac sitting at the level of the right middle cerebral artery.
