Parliament's Presentation -- The scene in Westminster hall during the presentation ceremony.... on the platform can be seen the portrait of Sir Winston. Members of both houses of Parliament gathered in Westminster today to witness the presentation of Parliament's birthday gifts to Sir Winston Churchill. Mr. Attlee, leader of the opposition presented to a portrait in oils by Graham Sutherland.. a joint gift of both houses. Mr. D.R. Grenfell, M.P. father of the house of commons (senior member) presented a beautiful illuminated book which had been signed by nearly at the M.P.'s. November 30, 1954. (Photo by Paul Popper).
