Guards Present To Princess -- Part of the Service ordered by the Brigade of Guards. Every piece bears a regimental badge. Those on these plates are (Left to right) Grenadier, Irish, Coldstream. Scots and Welsh Guards. An Imperial red and gold dessert, Service has been ordered by the Brigade of Guards as a weeding present for Princess Elizabeth, and is being made at Worcester by the Royal Porcelain Company. It is one of the four China services being made as wedding presents for the brigade of Guards (2) the City of Worcester and the Worshipful Company of Carpenters, none of which will be ready until nearly a year after the marriage.
