Amoret Scudamore (Parkstone, Dorset). For the first time in the history of the Army Women's will he sent abroad on operational duties when a detachment of WRAC gunners from the 46 (M) Haa Regiment, RA. is flown out to Gilbraltar at the end of this month to form part the battery in the Garrison. Hitherto WRAC have only been sent abroad on non-operational dutis. The 46 HAA Regt. is the only regular mixed regiment in the Army and is Stationed at Lingfield, Surrey. September 23, 1952.
