Rebecca, the 15-year-old Eskimo girl arrived at Northolt aerodrome to-day after flying 5,700 miles from Baffin land, 400 miles inside the Arctic Circle, where she was brought up by a missionary, canon John Turner. Canon Turner accidentally shot himself on a seal-hunting expedition, and his widow Mrs.Joan Turner, aged 31, has brought Rebecca home to be a maid and nurse to her two babies, June aged 2? and Barbara 15 months.
