In the background, nearest the Gosport shore, can be seen four battle class destroyers. Next, approaching the camera, are (from left to right) the destroyer H.M.S. Battlaxe; The cruiser H.M.S. Devonshire; The Indian naval ship Delhi; and her majesty's New Zealand ship black Prince. The Aircraft carriers are her Majesty's Australian ship Sydney and her Majesty's Canadian ship magnificent.
