The Prime Minister Receives Honorary Degree At Harvard University -- The Prime Minister gives the famous "V" sign in acknowledgment to the cheers of the crowd gathered outside the University. Mr. Winston Churchill. The Prime Minister recently received an Honorary Degree of Doctor of laws at Harvard University, U.S.A. He was accompanied by Mrs. Churchill and Miss Mary Churchill. After the Degree had been conferred Mr. Churchill made a speech which was broadcast. He afterwards spoke to a big gathering of Naval and Army Cadets who are in training at the University.
