Talking Point Is 'Spring's Here' Talking point between these two daffodils was of course the arrival of spring-like weather, a foretaste of the good days to come. Shown on left is narcissus minimus, the smallest known daffodil, looking up to the golden harvest daffodil, one of the largest under cultivation. Both flowers had just arrived at the horticultural hall, westminster, for the royal horticultural society's show opening tomorrow. March 18, 1952. (Photo by Paul Popper Ltd.)
